Every engagement begins with a conversation to understand your context and needs.
Let’s start with
a conversation.
Every church, every leader, and every season of ministry carries its own complexities. The best place to begin is not with a package, but with a conversation.
If you’re navigating something difficult, clarifying direction, or simply sensing the need for steady guidance, I’d be glad to connect.
Initial conversations are simple, unhurried, and
focused on understanding your context.
About Dan Sinkhorn
pastoral credibility + lived experience
Dan Sinkhorn is a longtime pastor, author, and leadership guide whose work centers on pastoral authority, church health, and the deeper inner life of ministry.
His coaching is shaped by decades of lived pastoral experience—walking with congregations through seasons of growth, conflict, renewal, and transition. Rather than offering abstract solutions, his approach is grounded in the real dynamics of local church life and the weight carried by those called to lead.
He serves in the Global Methodist Church’s Great Lakes Annual Conference and continues to engage actively in the life of the church while writing and teaching on leadership, renewal, and long-term faithfulness in ministry.
His work is focused on helping pastors remain steady, clear, and faithful in the real life of ministry.
